Before calling the Help Desk or submitting a PRC , please gather as many details as possible about the problem you are experiencing. These may include account numbers, report numbers, screen prints, date ranges, etc. This will help us to resolve your problem quickly and accurately.

Submit a PRC:

You can search online and see the status of PRCs submitted by your tax office. Simply click on PRC Form online and follow the directions for logging in. This is available to authorized users only at each tax office. Contact your supervisor if you would like to use this system.

Online Help:

Online context-sensitive help, annual user meetings/client visits, and weekly release notes reflect our commitment to customer service.

Online help is available from each screen in the ACT system.  Any changes made to this help system are available to users immediately.

ACT has biennial User Meetings and regularly scheduled webinars where we exchange ideas with our user community and discuss the implementation of legislative changes.
