A convenience fee of 2.5% will be added if you pay by credit card. The minimum convenience fee for credit cards is $2.00. The fee all eCheck payments is $2.00.
The fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card bill to 'Certified Payments'.

Shopping Cart: For your convenience you may pay several accounts at once. First, search for accounts on this page and then move to the Property Tax Status page. On that page, click the 'Click Here to Pay Now' button to add each account to the shopping cart. Additional accounts can be added by doing a search again, then clicking the 'Click Here to Pay Now' button for each account. Up to 50 accounts may be paid at one time. Accounts are not saved in the shopping cart after you go to the Certified Payment web site. If using Internet Explorer version 8 or later, you may experience problems adding more than four accounts to your shopping cart. Please consider using a different browser (for ex., Chrome or Firefox) to manage your shopping cart.

You can search for any account whose property taxes are collected by the Upshur County Tax Office. After locating the account, you can pay online by credit card or eCheck. After locating the account, you can also register to receive certified statements by e-mail. Please follow the instructions below.
