This letter is to inform you the payment coupon accompanying your Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District's 2024
Tax Statement included an incorrect zip code for the tax office's United States P.O. Box mailing address.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE COUPON TO MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO THE TAX OFFICE.
The correct United States P.O. Box mailing address is as follows:

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MAILED YOUR PAYMENT COUPON: The tax office has contacted the United States Postal Service to
facilitate the delivery of mailed payments to the tax office. If the payment is returned to you, please retain
the envelope bearing the United States Postal Service postmark as proof of timely payment.
Payments are considered timely if the United States Postal Service postmark date is on or before
January 31, 2025. Payments bearing a postmark date on or after February 1, 2025 are considered delinquent.
To verify if your payment has been posted to your account, please check the tax office website
at www.cfisdtax.com.

A convenience fee of 2.5% for credit card payments will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card bill.
A convenience fee of $1.00 will be added for E-Check payments. The fee will appear as a charge to 'Chase'.
Notice to Tax Payers: If bank account information is incorrectly submitted for an E-check payment, you will be
charged a $30 returned item fee.
